Chief Technology Officer


Education- B.tech / MCA or equivalent

The primary aim of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is to fulfilling company’s business requirements through tech innovations, accelerating its growth. Developing the company’s strategy for using technological resources. Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely and evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop and Implement company’s IT infrastructure to support company’s operational and commercial strategy and to ensure alignment with its business goals..
  • Spearhead technological implementations to improve platform design, development and operational performance that yield competitive advantage.
  • Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
  • Assist other departments use technology profitably, efficiently and securely.
  • Build team of Technology Strategists and Solution Architects working with global counterparts to align & achieve a balance between regional business needs and global technology transformation roadmap.
  • Making executive decisions on behalf of the company’s technological requirements.
  • Drive Digital transformation for new emerging business models and third-party service providers.
  • Managing technology and Infrastructure, including Cloud, budgets and time frames.
  • Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
  • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
  • Build quality assurance and data protection processes..
  • Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in delivering projects the customer.
  • Focus on Cloud native strategy for Pelican products based on customer and industry requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales team to identify Cloud technology priorities and build Cloud-based secured Pelican Products.
  • Help customers overcome their most difficult challenges in finalizing Cloud Solutions.
  • Regular system performance reporting and communication, including root cause analysis and identifying mitigation steps.
  • Manage relationship and negotiate global deals
  • Drive Digital Transformation initiatives.

Experience Level

  • 10 -15 Years in technological role
  • 5 years managerial Experience
