Senior System Administrator – NOIDA & CHANDIGARH

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Windows Administrator is responsible for handling advance first level support of service requests in a professional and timely manner. This relates to all technology, including workstations, printers, networks, User account management, and vendor-specific hardware and software. Must be having International Client Experience – US, UK, others.

Job Eligibility:

• Should be having At least 4 years of experience with IT INDUSTRY.
• SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH NIGHT SHIFT
• Excellent communication and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills such as communication skills, and active listening.
• Education: Graduate (any stream) preferably in computer science or any other related field.

Job Responsibility:

• The teams are responsible for high-level technical resolution for incidents received from phone calls, emails, or automated ticketing system during specific shifts.
• Responds to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from customers, assigned work orders/incidents to appropriate support teams, and follow up until closure.
• Respond to, and diagnose problems through discussions with users, including problem recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps; Provide remote desktop support and perform other activities based on SOPs.
• Should have decent communication skills and excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Ability to understand Customer issues very quickly based on gathered information and fixes this issue.
• Excellent Knowledge and real-time experience in Windows Server Monitoring, Active Directory User Management, and Office 365/Exchange Server User Management.

Must Have

• Must have Excellent Communication Skills
• Conceptual understanding of Windows/ Desktop / Server ETC..
• Experience on user administration & management (AD, O365, VMWare, etc.)
• Willingness to work on Desktops issues (in domain environment)
• COMFORTABLE WITH US SHIFT
• Hands-on experience for either O365 or VMWare/ Hyper-V or Azure

EXPERIENCE – 4 years to 10 years

Location – Noida, Gurgaon, Delhi, Chandigarh, Mohali
