As CEO of G4S he has built an organization in India with 120,000 personnel, the largest security company in the world.Harsh has extensive board and executive management experience and an exceptional track record of achieving business goals in diverse and complex businesses. He has cross-functional experience and cross industry expertise ranging from FMCG to Services and Infrastructure. He is also credited with commissioning India’s first and largest Waste-to-Energy plant, as CEO of Jindal Urban Infrastructure Limited. He has hands on experience of over 30 years and perfecting the art of executive hiring. He has been the jury member of various prestigious HR awards including Business World.
